How to set it to a Button ?

So that when click the button it displays applications running

Go to Settings> Buttons and select taskfacade to be mapped to the only mappable button - Hold Phone.

For MAX speed, set:

Menu -- Options -- (more>>) -- System -- "Animation frames" -- set: 0

...and, use Teksoft´s "SpeedBooster" (shareware), set TaskFacade priority 1 step before max priority, and voilá (if AEButton is used, set it also at high priority)
