  • I agree with you. Love all the Mendelssohn sonatas.

    I think it's a little fanciful to credit Schnitger at this stage, as there doesn't appear to have been anything left of the original organ after WWII. It may have been reconstructed to look like the Schnitger organ, but it doesn't sound like one.
