  • The crew sailed it all the way from Denmark to Dublin in Ireland by the way. They stopped by Orkney, whose population also originate from the vikings:)

  • Ehm, that longboat was built here in Denmark at the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde. A genuine copy of a longboat I guarantee...no diesel engine whatsoever. Come to Denmark and see for yourself. They build them at Roskilde Viking Ship Museum, where you can also see the real ships found in Denmark.

  • Lovely boats and scenary, it's been way too long since I was last there. Hopefully be back soon, Orkney is such a beautiful place to visit.
