Isn't that one of the animation presets of Carrara?

@vanlandschoote It's basically one of the Carrara demo files. Carrara starts with 3 links. I made them metallic and glass, choose a reflective surface for the steps, choose a series of camera angles that would follow the chain as it dropped, and simulated them in remarkable detail on a cluster of 10 computers for about 15 hours. Otherwise, it's basically Carrara's setup, yes.

@drawbridgep Thanks. A remarkable amount of processing power went into that short clip. The clear objects are pretty complex.

Thanks for the quick reply. I can't afford anything more expensive than Carrara at this time. I am just getting started with DAZ Studio and I am finding it very difficult. It is a steep learning curve.
