SIDe EFfecTs (Short Film)

This video was an exercise in being a Foley Artist. All sounds in this video were homemade.

The roller coaster chain: I put the camera under a metal bucket and put a ratchet on top and started twisting.

Heart Beat: Stomping my foot on the floor.

Release of coaster: The safety clip on my tripod.

Roller coaster rail: I took the camera and attached it to a vacuum cleaner. I then ran around the house while pushing it.

The end of the ride: I recorded the sound my garage door makes. It isn't aligned evenly so it makes a loud screeching sound.

No that is not my real facial hair. I cannot grow anything that impressive.
