  • God Bless GDB!

  • Hi GDB! As a recent grad of this program (2 days out) I think this is an amazing. Michele is such a wise woman to have created the wheelchair program. I am so happy I chose to go to GDB! The video is awesome. Thanks trainers, Dawn K.

  • I went to this school for my first dog in 2000. I'm from Newfoundland, Canada. In 2004 after a spinal cord injury they told me I would have to get a new dog and use a power chair instead of a manual wheelchair. I taught my guide dog to guide me while using a manual chair and am still working with her. I was not going to give up my independence by using a power chair.

They wont train dogs for people with manual chairs. I'm training my own dog this time. Contact them and see if they can help.

  • I'm a blind wheelchair user. I'd love to have a guide dog but I live too far away from this school. There's a school with a wheelchair program near me but they have a 5 year waiting list for their wheelchair program.

  • Those dogs are blessed to be working with their loving partner

  • aww so nice of the dogs!
