@wertpollwert if the strings didnt break, the heat would make them expand so the piano would be very out of tune, i think.

@LanceHertford yes Jerry wasn't the nicest guy but Chuck was notoriously arrogant EVEN MORE SO THAN Jerry!!!! The comment NEVER would have been made towards Chuck had he not only had top billing but rubbed it in his face. Also the early 20th century was different it wasn't uncommon to find such young girls getting married and also being with guys twice their age!
