You probably won't understand what the FUDGE is going on, so here it is:

Black Rock Shooter magically summons Miku
Miku is shocked
Black Rock Shooter says "Hi!"
A UFO tries to abduct Miku
Miku hits UFO with her hair and it flies away

Stupid right? Oh well--lol

She has a special ability in which her arm can transform into a "cannon" like gun thing, that blasts out these blue rock type things. Which is why she is called 'Black Rock Shooter'. If you want, you can watch the OVA she is in, which can explain it better :D
