An Intense 60-Second Plyo-Metric Workout: (Filmed in Cologne, Germany) Fitness Expert Jay Cardiello takes you through a Fast Paced Plyo-Metric Workout. Cardiello has worked professionally in the NFL, XFL, AFL and MLB and is currently working with 50 Cent. The Workout is performed with a Flat Bench and can be performed using 10-30 Repetitions and 1-5 Sets. The 60-Second workout uses only 1 Set of 10 Repetitions.   • make sure you have strong knees before doing this. If you dont work on your quads and hamstrings to get that strength. The amount of force you put on this workout is tremndous(4-6 times body weight per jump) be careful.

  • @gocubs2626 well I can only talk for my expirience as an sprinter and track couch ,what we do is training first on the track for some months with exercises on sand and jumps and runing drills when your are ready we star on the gym ,we never do the gym first ,
