No Knead Bread (1 handed) - My Way

Gonna try my hand at this no knead bread. Things turned out surprisingly...well, I was surprised. This is an alcohol free vid (ya right) but I did sneak in a shot of vino. Language Caution!!!

Made the bread last night, and baked it this morning. A nice crusty bread with the potato and leek soup I started in the crockpot last night. Good stuff :) Thanks for the inspiration.

Dude - I tried this with your instructions. I like the end result but you instructed 2 tablespoons of salt which supposed to be 1 1/4 teaspoons. I couldnt eat the end result cuz it knocked me off my chair - too salty. I will remake and enjoy.

Drink HARD and bring on the TUNA and SPAGHETTI recipe for us !!
