I don't think it's ever possible...
look, nobody can know who's sane and who's not ! No one can say "this girl won't jump on them" so security rules are clear and are here to prevent a drama that no one wants...
It's maybe extrem but with what happens now around TH... it's not even thinkable to let them be in the middle of 600 fans without security (sad but true) Otherwise, imagine what would happened, every fan would them just for her... would monopolize them...
