@Strawberry7Lynn The second guitarist is Jack Green who played with T.Rex late 1973 till mid 1974. He's also credited on Zinc Alloy. I agree with the other comments about this being a rock-it-out version of a classic slice of Bolan's Cosmic Rock!!

@xianrex1 Right on man.. Seriously Marc didnt do ANYTHING he didnt want to, and this is a prime example.. and what folks seem to miss, is that Marc was a genuine fan of Gloria's, he loved her voice (which is why he included her on his albums). Its sad that she had to lose everything, and that even Marc's fans can't appreciate her contributions. She has done so much good in Marc's name, she deserves recognition, she was never out to get anything in return. She just loved her man, and still does.

Maybe repressive brits just arent as evolved as Marc, and can't handle the empowered american black woman; Beautifull, raw and earthy.. Gloria Jones is wonderfull, obviously some people are threatened by Marc choosing her, and need to make up excuses; such as "poor character" or "alterior motives" on her part, as to why he could choose her.. Here Gloria's doing her thing, Marc's doing his, and it made a dynamic performance.. If you don't like her vocals, don't bash her, just skip the song.

This song was always waiting to bust out & rock...it finally did here! The song didn't receive much air time in the states so this version is like an all new track to me some 40 years later. Great Stuff!
