@winnslaw Hogs will definitely drop. I would suggest that you use more of a hunting round though. Don't get me wrong FMJ should drop it with a well place shot, but when I take one of my 308's out hunting I like the Hornady GMX, Sierra Gameking, or a Hornady A-Max projectile. You will get solid expansion and won't have to worry about an "In & out" shot.

I believe that as Wolf or Silver Bear ammo with 152gr FMJ.
