This is just a video showing a small campaign battle in the Medieval II Stainless Steel mod 5.1 (for kingdoms), with me playing as Kievan Rus against Novgorod.
Hope you enjoy.

  • There are many theories of the origin of Slavs, but none of them confirmed

but it is history of Ukraine and we respect it

  • @RaelWander Ukraine is a direct offshoot of the Kievan Rus, and the Kievan Rus branched Novgorod and Vladimir-Suzdal which became Russia. In a way, Ukraine is the actual Motherland.

  • i'm just starting to look at Stainless Steel mod. where should i start downloading? 1.0? 2.0? 3.0? 4.0?

  • Ukrain + Russia = my lovely "KIEVAN RUS´ "One belief, one history, one god, one people"

  • Actually, Kievan Rus was conquered by Novgorod and it became center of Rus due to it strategic position and warm climate. At that moment territory of modern Russia was called Zaleskaya Ukraina (Forest Periphery). But when Kiev was conquered by Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth it became Ukraina (Periphery).

  • @MercifulBoss life was good u say.....if it wasnt for the communists ukraine and other countries wouldnt be exploited and poor......

  • @MercifulBoss ukraine was part of russian but after the kievan rus era.........but then we got our freedom in the early 1990s and the word ukraine has been around alot longer then russian....

  • @Neizvestnyu u mean rusyn then yes as in rus but russian as in modern russia then ur a fuck\tard......
