243 if I remember rightly. Not sure about that though, that may be just an equivalent HP. I am not sure if it is directly comparable to a combustion engine ??? It has enough though trust me !!

I have been following Tesla's development the last 3 years so it was unreal to be actually sat in one, let alone drive it. It is a really strange feeling, polling along making no noise and the acceleration is really just phenomenal. It has the quickest 30 - 70 mph of ANY production car and as Clarkson will no doubt say.....it's absolutely astonishing...

Man I want an EV. My little 4 cylinder powered car has been perfectly reliable but it is very, very worn out. I'm sick of the vibration, the noise, the smell, the oil changes, the cost of gas, and the changing gears. I just want to hit the accelerator and GO!
