Geoffrey is in the garden doing exercises to prepare for a race he's running in for charity, but Zippy thinks he's being silly doing so much training. Then Bungle, George and Zippy join in with some exercises too, but Zippy isn't very fit and hurts his neck. Rod, Jane and Freddy sing "Keeping Fit".

I absolutely adore Rod, Jane and Freddy's song, it's so catchy and I love the piano instrumental in the chrous. I love Jane's keep fit outfit, she looks so stunning x
