Let's play Vampire TM Bloodlines (Nosferatu) 01

So, this is my Let's Play of Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines, as a Nosferatu.

I've never done a Let's Play before so the quality of my talking is not the best.
I'm from sweden so my english might sound a little funny. :P

Codec used: Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V2 and I used FRAPS to record.
Most parts are 7-8 minutes long because FRAPS only records 4 GB before starting a new file, so I just compressed them like that instead of clipping them together and crap in VirtualDub.

The Unofficial Patch 6.0 was used and I recommend it to everybody. Fixes a lot of stuff and also adds/changes things for the better (if you install the PLUS package, without PLUS it just fixes bugs and small errors).

I did this for fun and I was actually going to play the game again so why not do a LP while I'm at it?

I've started playing the game YET AGAIN, to test out the companion mod and focusing more on social skills rather than fighting skills. It's a lot of fun to have two slaves running after you but they are IN THE WAY WHEN I'M INDOORS. Gets annoying to tell them to MOVE after a few times, but other than that it's nice to actually spend points on stuff other than damage/defense/soaking.

i just downloaded the 7.1 patch how do i install it.

This is what is written in the readme for 5.6 (not sure if this was the version I used when I played or just an older readme I had lying around. The website is also down so I can't look it up as easily, so I won't bother):

"To install the patch choose the Bloodlines installation directory as

destination and then basic or plus. The registry will not be touched

so the patch can only be removed by re-installing the complete game!"

She used the Obfuscate discipline to appear different, specifically "Mask of a Thousand Faces", which lets you change your appearance to look like someone else... I think ^_^

You should check out kagomeyuy's let's play of bloodlines. She's playing with the companion mod and recently started playing and uploading videos again. Kind of laggy videos but it's still fun to watch.
