Denis Savard's spin move was one og the most graceful moves in NHL history. Denis Savard retires after 17 years. Red Wings fans rejoice.

I grew up a HUGE North Star fan in the 70-80's. But my favorite player has always been Denis Savard.

The Savardian Spinorama isn't named after Denis Savard. It's named after Serge Savard. And Serge Savard copied the move from Doug Harvey.
And when you look at Pts/Games avg. ...Savard is the best in the All-time list.

actually it asen't Denis Savard that invented the Savardian Spin O Rama. It was actually Surge Savard who first used it however Denis was great at that same move
