Jenny and I met with Michael Sommers, the creator of Purple Sage Brewing Company. Michael uses fresh organic herbs to make living tea called Kombucha. Purple Sage Farms started in 1998, as one of the first certified organic farms in Idaho.
We got to take a look around their greenhouses, see their cute goats and sheep, and talk about the benefits of living foods and the downfalls of conventional agriculture.
