People that argue with me are arguing with a woman that has all her teeth and has never had a cavity. I'm also very healthy ever since I became a whole plant food vegan.

Before you make comments please, please, please read the description to this video carefully. THIS IS NOT TALKING ABOUT MEDICAL USES OF JUICING FOR SHORT PERIODS OF TIME. I'm not talking about recovery from cancer or other medical problems. Read the WHOLE description and consider every point. I won't be approving rude or ignorant comments. Just read the description. If you have your mind set in concrete than move on.

Please---ask yourself a few questions. Such as: "Is the juicing guru a seller of juicers?" and "Do I MYSELF have any formal education in anatomy and nutrition?" Also ask yourself: "Is that sudden surge of "nutrition" (ie MOSTLY sugar) REALLY ideal for my body?"

I don't want to block or delete your comments but I will do it with those that have no real understanding of science and anatomy. This includes people that refer me to their guru's video.

I cannot recommend juicing for diabetics or people that want to make a LIFELONG LIFESTYLE choice to be HEALTHY. It is my conviction that our bodies were made to consume and enjoy a variety of textures. I AM A CREATIONIST NOT AN EVOLUTIONIST. If you are diabetic I invite you to subscribe to my channel. All my recipes are safe for diabetics and will help you recover your health. They are also good for weight loss, lowering cholesterol and blood pressure and other diet related problems.

If you are diabetic and are wondering if a lifestyle change will help you and wonder if it is scientific here is a useful link. These are medical doctors that teach HOW TO REVERSE DIABETES and can help you:

http://www.reversingdiabetes.org/Seminars/MedicalLecturers.aspx

My uncle was Dr. Milton G. Crane M. D. and was one of the first physicians to realize that diabetes is reversible. I have seen it work. I have also seen diabetic people get into problems with juicing.

The ideal foods for a diabetic are legumes (beans, peas & lentils), above the ground vegetables and northern non-tropical fruit such as apples, cherries, blueberries & pears.

If you would like some help let me know. If you are one of the many people that are wanting to change my mind please save your time and effort for something else. :) I don't want to be harsh but this video was not done by an ignorant person. Thank you. :)

People do get better with juicing not because it is the miracle cure for everything but because they are replacing the high cholesterol, high fat, refined garbage they have been eating for SOMETHING that has no cholesterol, no free fats and less refining. Yes juicing will cause weight loss and restore health BUT IT ISN'T IDEAL FOR LONG TERM, PERMANENT LIFESTYLE CHANGES. . That is my point. It doesn't teach people how to cook healthy meals. It doesn't teach long term good nutrition and it can fool a person into thinking that if they juice something every day then they can eat garbage for their other meals. I'm suggesting that everything we eat be healthy and that we eat in abundance the natural foods that we were meant to enjoy. Good health is more than throwing a bunch of foods that we hate into a blender and gulp it down.

Too often I have seen recipes for juicing that contain a mixture of fruits and vegetables. Most fruit/vegetable combinations cause fermentation rather than digestion. A good example would be lemon and beets. If you think I'm a little ditsy try that combination. The result is often indigestion and discomfort. I know I will get trampled by some people but that is the price for truth. Based on the responses I have gotten from this video it would appear that juicing and the resulting effect is very hard on the brain because it has made some of the most argumentative, stubborn and unreasonable people I have ever seen of those that call themselves health reformers.

  • About your first reason: If one eat juicy food time to time or have some juice diet or even have some juicy meal every day that wouldnt couse teeth or jawls problems. About your thirth reason: tasteing food is not the purpose of feading. This is one of reasons why so many people are fat and why eat too much even when not hungry.

All food must become juicy in mouth while chewing before swallow. If one eat water lemon only juice goes down.

    Other way thanx for sharing.

  • @spacepathfinder1 Watch carefully to the video and read the description--- what I am talking about is feasting and fasting---where people spend weeks and months doing nothing but juicing everything in a blender. It isn't about eating juicy fruits. Some people think that juicing is the ONLY way 2 healthy and lose weight. It is not safe for diabetics and they don't learn lifestyle changes that are REALLY what is needed. God gave us taste buds and it is important to enjoy food.

  • @spacepathfinder1 It isn't the enjoyment of flavors that is the problem but it is perverted tastes that is the problem. Tastes can change, we can learn to enjoy the flavors of healthy food but it isn't enjoyed when the juiced stuff is swallowed down in a homogeneous mixture. They lose the variety that God meant us to enjoy. Most all juicing removes FIBER which is vital to good health. Fiber removes excess cholesterol, fat and toxins.

  • @spacepathfinder1 THIS VIDEO IS ONLY ABOUT LONG TERM JUICING that is a substitute for making lifelong lifestyle changes that will keep a person healthy. It isn't about eating juicy fruit. I am well aware of instances where FOR MEDICAL reasons juicing is valuable but that is not the point of this video. But I have seen too many people that think that this is how they will have to eat to be healthy. There are serious risks for some people like diabetics.

  • I agree juicing isn't ideal, but if you gave me a choice between eating all those fruits and veggies or drinking the juice, i would choose the juice because I wouldn't have the time or the appetite to eat what they recommend

  • @defgill I wouldn't worry about what they recommend because they don't know our bodies like we do but if we replace the harmful foods that we are eating for whole plant foods it is easy to get enough of the fruits and veggies.

  • some good points.

  • Wow well I've never considered the points you explained. I have been having smoothies for breakfast, but I also eat solid foods throughout the day. I don't use a juicer. I will have to try having my water in between meals to see also the difference that makes over time. Thank you for sharing this.

  • @Rubystars1000 The ideal time to drink water is between meals. An hour before or after works best. That gives the body time to absorb the liquid and the desire for liquids at meal time won't happen. Liquids at meal time slows down the digestion and is often the cause of indigestion. If people would just try it they will feel an imporvment in how they feel.

  • Is it wrong to drink water with meals?
