It's not from Albinoni. It's from Remo Giazotto. He fraudulously attributed this to Albinoni.

Thanks Tinkers91, yeah the book is Hal Leonard (Paperback Songs) Classical Themes, has over 140 classical pieces in 'Melody and Chords' form
