Oh, and one more thing... The tags would indicate that the bird is a parrot, when it's really a toucan, like it says in the title. 8P

Thanks for the inputs! This video is a test of the systems of this animatronic toucan. We had just serviced this unit. It is three years old and has been operating in a pet shop for most of that time. Next step is to figure finish it. Then program to taste. Adding flow controls and programming smoothes out the animation greatly!
