  • I have tried everything on the video, but the aac does not sho when I click the right mouse button

  • THANKS

  • it didnt work for me so i did all the steps till he said to put the 'r' at the end and than it didnt show up as ringtone so i went back and right clicked and open with and put itunes and okay and it should work

  • This did not work for me, so I watched: utube watch?v=BusWzASa1e4&feature=related. This pointed out a further step - but I discovered 2 steps were needed! I have Vista H. Prem SP2, iPhone 3 V4.2.1

1.Go to iTunes/DEVICES/"your phone" on the "Tones" tab - check "Sync Tones" - my iphone began to Sync then BUT my ringtones STILL did not appear. Secondly - I clicked the "Sync" button (bottom RH of the "Tones" tab AND these new tones appeared under "Custom" ringtones :-)

  • @Sproadicleman

    Yup!

  • Thanks for this. Also if you can't see a "ringtones" tab in itunes: "To show the ringtone library, go to “Preferences”. Under the “General” tab, you should see a “Show” section" = for me It's called "Tones" just check that and it will work.

  • @tpalmerapeman It's alright mines jailbroken so i just downloaded a tune :D

  • @ClickHere247 .. I followed all your steps.. but for some reason the only issue i had was in Itunes.. the original song was permanently shortened.. even if I deleted the copied version from itunes..

  • but i dont have the ringtone option on my itunes

  • THANKS :)
