Okay I received it, after the first test (spent nearly the whole night :D), I can say it's easy-to-use, well-engineered, rock-stable (really had no problems at all, but I midi mapped it on my own, guess other presets will be stable too) and it looks like a designer-object :D
Hope the community grows so we can exchange about the possibilities!

Anyway this is a cool controller, I'm totally into touch-controlling. I guess i'll buy the Dascratch for Christmas. It's a really innovative idea!
