烹制方法:1、一斤面粉中加入7两鸡蛋,和成面团,撒少许淀粉,制成手擀面,切成长短­均匀的细面条,入油锅中炸熟取出备用;2、锅中倒入半碗水,将白糖放入熬制溶化,加入­黄油、蜂蜜熬至粘稠即可; 3、将炸好的面条放入器皿中,加葡萄干、山楂糕,淋入糖液搅拌均匀,托盘内壁刷一层油­,将拌好的萨其马放入,压紧实后倒出切块即可食用。特点:酥脆营养,香甜可口。
