Juice Fast Day-29 Hiking and Walking

This is just a quick video of Day 29. I spent the day out and about on a few small hikes at some of Missouri's State Parks. Figured a few short hikes would test my usually achy knees. I was happy to find my knees didn't really ache like usual and seem to be in better shape. Hoping with more weight loss, exercise and a better diet they will keep improving.

@Reset2Day Thank you very much for your comments! My vacation was very good but you know what I actually started missing the diet and started back early! The hiking places were beautiful especially with all the Fall colors. Chris and I will try and make more videos of fun places. My knees definately felt better than the days before i started dieting.
