So, I know its not my best - but I really liked this song and was a tad bored so I thought why not. I hope you can figure out the storyline(:
This is my first movie in a while so I hope its not too bad, I had heaps of fun making it though - I planned in advance, and it was easy enough. I filmed within 2 and a half hours and edited within 1.
So basically there is this woman who lost her fiancee - Its meant to be that he's a soldier who was killed (in the song), but I didnt really make that clear in the movie, so you can decide how he was 'lost'. She dreams about this wedding they were meant to have, but instead everything disappears and she is really attending a funeral. She's having a really hard time coping with everything - she is taking painkillers and drinking her way through life. She has alot of flashbacks so just try and keep up with them. At the end you see a pregnancy test - you can decide the outcome of that too. I was hoping this could be an abstract sort of movie with hidden meanings - depends on how you see it.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE LYRICS theyre really meaningful and will help to understand the impact of the story.
I love this song, its beautiful and I hope you get the same feeling as I did when I first heard it , I hope my video can help with that.
Another thing, just a dedication to all the people who have really lost partners or family members in a war, its really a terrible thing and I cant say I know what it feels like, because I dont, but I could just imagine, and I really do sympathise.
