@TalentedToast TS was a glam band playing in the clubs around NYC in 1970's. We used to see them up at the Gemini Club in Westchester county around 1976 or so. The highlight of their act was their "Death to Disco" set where they smashed Disco records up on the stage and tossed them into the audience.

@Ravenkil you are mostly correct, but "1972–1987, 1997–present" was TS and Disco "Disco acts charted high during the mid-1970s, and the genre's popularity peaked during the late 1970s." So TS was still large before disco was.
