....and the Bush wars you're not paying for? They should raise taxes for those making 250K to 45% until the debt is paid down.....55% if you voted for Bush once, 75% if you voted for him twice. You're a punk living at home... get a job.

oh yeah, like Paris Hilton. Yeah, i figured you'd be idiot enough to use her as the paradigm representative of the wealthy, or, households who bring home 250K+.

You probably don't know what 250k gets you these days, but let me tell you from personal experience...not much. It gets you a comfortable middle-class life as a result of hard work, motivation and ambition.

You're obviously not psychic, nor a profiler, so stick to your day-job of cashing in food stamps and welfare checks I pay for.

The day is coming when Americans won't tolerate the looters anymore. Liberal/Progressive/commies are free to move to France or Cuba.

You mean like Paris Hilton?
The top 5% have 69% of the wealth.
The top 20% have 93% of the wealth.
I don't think it's too much to make them pay an extra 3% of income over 250K.
After WW2 the top tax bracket was 90%, now it's 36%.
Now I bet from your profile, you change tires for a living at age 26 or do nothing at all, just live at home, which is it junior?
Why do you think we have 12 trillion in debt?

He was AGAINST bank bailouts also.

Look, I'm sick of all you fucks who think stand-up guys like Santelli maintain an agenda to protect their Wall St. buddies.

No, it's about RIGHT and WRONG.

If you can't pay your own bills and own up to your mistakes, then you're wrong, whether you work on Wall St. or Walmart.

you know why he cheered Bush? Because he gave tax cuts to the wealthy, you know, the ones who actually worked hard in life so the top 20% can pay 80% of the tax base.

Yeah, it's a free ride for your fucking ass.

Thank you, Rick! We are turning our country around and will be defeating 'progressive' traitors in November 2010.

I have personally indicted Obama for fraud and treason in 2 separate Grand Juries, along with hundreds of other patriots around the USA.

We are taking a stand for our country's founding fathers and our children.

Thank you for taking a stand, Rick, and being a part of history. We are with you... millions and millions of us.

Ahhh who knew that, with these words, Santelli would be forming his own paramilitary group full of wingnuts and wackos? His speech, in and of itself, was a great thing. However, as crazies are prone to do, they took this language as nothing more than an excuse to flaunt their insane ideas. Thanks, Santelli, for paving the way for insane populists such as Sarah Palin to halt any progress, no matter how limited, this country could have produced.
