Wii Component Cables worth it?

Yes if you have the extra $$ to spend I highly reccomend picking some component cables up if ya have a HD TV.

Component IS more clear than composite on supported monitors, even with Wii's low resolution. this isn't a debate, it's a fact. I don't care if your mum can't tell the difference.

For signal, a copper cable with a connector at the end is the same among all brands, the only time you'll have a problem is if one has a short in it. Get the cheapest component cable you can find.

Component is better than composite which is better than the RF adapter/coaxial

Really, the only thing you're paying premium for is the proprietary connector, but even that does not change the fact that it is copper wiring and nothing but.
