This Warner Brothers cartoon, made in 1938, features Daffy Duck and Porky Pig. Originally made in black and white, this is a colorised version that was shown in a programme of cartoon compilations for children in the 1980s.
@TheGeminiStudios Why would they bother to do that? I could turn a black and white cartoon into color with a computer program in a few days. It's a lot easier than colorizing a black and white live action film and that was done in the early 1980s.
Wasn't that hammer to the head followed by Daffy conversing with several other Daffys about what to do, and deciding to operate? I admit it's been a while, but still I could swear that's what happened when I saw it last time!
I see the very last bit is cut off as well where they run into a room and suddenly are just inflating like balloons (due to the fact the redrawn version never animated the artificial lung the two fly into).

@fuzzywzhe they traced it over the original b/w animation and then colored it.

@TheGeminiStudios "retraced"? What does that mean?

@JRodHacker It did, this version chopped out a huge chunk of footage from the original B&W cartoon! AUGH!

I've seen the colorized version of this episode before. Though not as many times as I've seen it in black and white.

Who's that at the very end, and why's he there?
