  • No he is not, Pre lived in the late 60s and early 70s, shoes, tracks, and training were amazingly different back then. You cant compare hall and pre since their completely different time periods.

  • I think he is better than Pre. Ryan Hall started when he was a junior in high school and ran a 4:02 his senoir year. It took Pre 3 years to get there. Ryan hall also beat his 5k time. Yeah Ryan Hall is better Pre.
