No he is not, Pre lived in the late 60s and early 70s, shoes, tracks, and training were amazingly different back then. You cant compare hall and pre since their completely different time periods.

You can't even compare Pre and Hall they ran differnt events besides in highschool and they are completely different runners we should compare Hall and Shorter, that would be a good match up¿¿¿¿

I think he is better than Pre. Ryan Hall started when he was a junior in high school and ran a 4:02 his senoir year. It took Pre 3 years to get there. Ryan hall also beat his 5k time. Yeah Ryan Hall is better Pre.
