The Boy Turns Man - МОМЧЕТО СИ ОТИВА

Bulgarian Film. A little town in the hinterland. School leavers are in feverish preparations for their prom. Ran is one of the boys, though he is a little bit different: smarter, more sensitive, and fiction-struck. Like many boys in the teens, he sets his affections upon a woman, who is not the right one: In his case it is a seller in a confectioner's shop, who is married to a ruffian. Ran also succeeds in getting acquainted with a famous pop singer who arrives in the town, but he gets disappointed with her phony and arrogant behavior. The prom is over. Ran is seeing off his classmate home with the feeling that she is the right girl.
