The people "pledging" others into a fraternity are barely men themselves, there brains aren't even fully developed-which means they won't exercise the best judgement. If your pledges end up in the hospital, thats probably an indication that you're doing something wrong. There should be some sort of process to joining an organization, but hazing shouldn't be part of it. Hazing will be the nail in the coffin for BGLOs.
