lol, there are more different kinds of lunges than the ones you are thinking of, his was an added arobic style. and the chair thing........its only 20-45 seconds not 2 mins. So, your standard 20 second resting times would be used to....ummmmnot be upsidedown. I do agree on Mountain Climbers though.
