A service company is supposed to be agile, help you to pay not to keep you on the phone 30 minutes to tell you that somebody will call you in 3.5 hours .Customer service ????? Same treatment. Push this say that didn't recognize what you said, that is not an option, Sorry we have higher volume today. Do we need to invest hours to pay ???
