But we're not. If you go North of the border, you will find that the first answer most people will give to the question "what nationality are you?" will be "I'm Scottish". Try that in England.

@JamesPipper .I personally uphold the sovereignty of the scottish people
that they alone with have their will and I must accept that-Yes I want independence but moreover I want the scottish people whether anti or pro indepedence to have their say not english puppet politicans to decide
for them. polls for a referendum are 70-75 % according to wikipedia.
The slump for independence is most likely caused by economic recession.

Open your eyes this is our chance to stand on our own two feet and decide our own fate. No longer london will be able to devalue the scottish pound when you exchange your money aboard and tax us for our own oil the money will go stright back into scotland. We could also charge them for the water we pump down to them and start our own banks after all they made the bank of scotland crash. Vote for a brighter future.
