A very good to work on the feet and the mind at the same time. The goalkeeper must consider the movement of their feet; their balance/coordination; handle and receive the ball; as well as interact with the goalkeeper trainer by returning the ball each time before the next service. Please note, this can be very physically demanding (with special thanks to Jerry Knuttsen).
Nice reaction, but I was taught to keep my legs closed when receiving the ball.
