@Aanimefanatic Actually, Yowane Haku is based off of Miku, but she was created to represent those who gave up on Vocaloid, not as a Darker Miku. That's one of Miku's appends.

@MechanicalSunlight Like MahSocks said, there are 2 sorts of PV in PROJECT DIVA. First one is a pre-selected character who dances (sometimes does not fit song) somewhere (sometimes does not fit the song), and second is a slideshow of pictures like the video here. If slideshow exists, dancing part will be omitted.
So yeah, YowaneHakuPV chose Yowane Haku indeed, but since there's already a slideshow, you can still wait for her to appear...
