Camp Keystone fitness is a group outdoor fitness program led by certified instructions, who lead a group of 5 to 15 members of all ages through comprehensive 60 minute workouts, up to six times a week. Each daily workout is different, covering all muscle groups, blending cardio, resistance, yoga, circuit training, and our most important ingredient: fun! Members track their progress through monthly fitness assessments and through our comprehensive online nutrition tracker. Trade sweaty, noisy gyms for the great outdoors -- fresh air, birds chirping, and wildlife -- to see how quickly our program helps you meet and exceed your fitness goals!
