January 19, 2009 - WEEN On The Scene, hosted by Janaye Ingram, traveled to DC for the Presidential Inauguration While in DC, we made sure to stop by the Hip-Hop Inaugural Ball at the Harman Center. The event was attended by all of your favorite celebrities.
