Regardless of all the rest of the hype, one thing stands CRYSTAL CLEAR - we are in for MORE HARD TIMES and INCREASING FOOD PRICES THRU 2012. The ongoing drought and virtual loss of the corn crop will affect virtually all food groups, and also gasoline (all grades now use ethanol, produced from corn). WHAT CAN WE DO ? Stock up on food NOW ! Every time you shop, buy a few extra items with long shelf life - canned goods, dry food (beans, rice), etc. You do NOT have to spend $100's on freeze dried !
