Invisible hand includes a bit of sleight of hand. Workers work and earn their pay. People who make and supply tools used in production (usually called capital) earn their profit. But, oh, look here, owners of land, considered by those who took the red pill as a separate factor of production do not earn their pay. They do not make the land nor do they create its value since the community creates it, yet they charge the rest of us for access to our own planet and call that justice. Red Pill.
