you are teaching that totally wrong you have to start at your index fingers and go through all you your fingers and twirl the stick back up an skip your rin finger and birdie and finshing going upward now you have a drum roll

i learned first how to do it with my first three fingers, its so hard to switch four now!

You can do it that way but it basicly dies unlike other spinning techniques that are continuous.
