In a bizarre and surreal alternate universe, the two mercenary teams have reverted back to their most primal states of being. For some, the change is purely mental. For others, a physical change comes too. There is no more animosity between the teams, truly. Only the harsh reality that survival is no longer possible. All notions of boundary and fears of death are disposed of. There is only what is, and what is, is pure emotion and intellect, juxtaposed as one. Reality becomes imagination.
