Garbage crisis in Italy

First the industry teaches to be a "throw away" society, making so many things disposable for the sake of convenience and even for cost effectiveness.

Then after awhile, the crisis is evident and humans as a group are blamed. Such a Malthusian tactic, there are those who engage in group blame against all humans because these people lack the efficiency to blame only those specifically involved in creating the problem.

Such a great excuse to unleash the Italian Army on the streets of Italy. Remember, this is the site of ancient Rome and their government leaders indulge in oppressing people.
