A political party capable in delivering a competent, non-racial progressive Sth Africa in my honest opinion, has to be the Democratic Alliance (DA) - Their support has significantly increased with a 50% growth in the national election 09. The official opposition to the ANC. Winning back the governing seat of the Western Cape. A liberal but stern political party best suited to tackling Sth Africa's many issues without the corruptive, ignorance & backwardness of the ANC's ideology and policy.
