It also includes basic knowledge that every sailor must known like making knots and adjusting correctly some ropes. In addition, there are some interesting recordings and pictures of a sailboat crossing the Panama Canal and sailing from Panama City to the island of Contadora. Finally, it concludes with some interesting facts and interviews.

If you're going to give sailing lessons, why don't you start by wearing life jackets! Sailing a boat without wearing a life jacket is like driving a car without wearing a seatbelt! Fall off a sailboat without one and you'll be wishing you had done the "un-cool" thing and put your life jacket on!
