@charlie: The BBB isn't exactly the end all & be all for legitimate standard's & practices in business! Many ppl have had such a rate of slow response, sometimes no response at all, from the BBB, over various issue's, that they have taken to filing complaint's with the BBB about the BBB...
Whether that seems comical &/or pointless is beside the point; to those with the minimum # of braincell's necessary to understand, that provides a reality, about the BBB, that you are apparently incapable of.
