@Iamtheblackstig As far as I know you must have a data package to use features like bbm, IM, browser, etc... But, you can use a pay-as-you-go for voice and text.

great vid. i have a q, how do increase the sensitivity of the touch screen, cos in order for mine to work i have to press hard twice on the icon to open it. pls help ty

Go to options>screen/keyboard>then scroll all the way down until you see the Touchscreen options. Set Tap Interval to 100, Set Hover Period to 100, and Swipe Sensitivity to (HIGH)6. That should help you out.
